Cost-of-Living Benefit and Energy Allowance 2024

The National Solidarity Fund (FNS) would like to inform you that the cost-of-living allowance and energy allowance tables will be available on the www.fns.lu website from 2 January 2024.

To check whether you are entitled to these benefits, please consult the cost-of-living calculator on the same site.

The application form for the cost-of-living allowance and the energy allowance will also be available from 2 January on the www.fns.lu and www.guichet.lu websites.

Households that have received the cost-of-living allowance and/or the energy allowance last year will receive a pre-filled form to complete and sign at the beginning of the year.
