Amendment to the law on income for the severely disabled
The National Solidarity Fund (FNS) would like to inform you that the Chamber of Deputies has just adopted the bill submitted to it by the Minister for Family and Integration, Mr Max Hahn, under which the restitution of income for the severely disabled against the estate of the beneficiary has been abolished.
The new law will come into force on 24.07.2023, meaning that the National Solidarity Fund will no longer claim back income for the severely disabled from that date.
Mortgages registered on the beneficiaries' property to guarantee restitution will also be abolished.
For further information on this subject, National Solidarity Fund staff are at your disposal (tel: 49 10 81-424/331).
