Participants The different actors involved in the processing of a request for the gerontology admission supplement (GERO)

There are two participants in "gerontology admission" supplement:

• the FNS
• Authorised institutions according to the law of septembre 8th, 1998

Steps of the GERO procedure

As a general rule, requests for gerontological admission are filled in in institutions.

The FNS checks whether the attribution conditions are met and, if applicable, pays the GERO supplement directly to the institution.
